Mrs. Lina Amir Wadia is the firm’s bi-lingual Receptionist and as such is the communicator between the client and the Lawyers. She schedules meetings, takes down notes and updates clients and prepares the daily work and attendances for the office.
Mrs. Esraa Reda, has been with the firm since its begining and as such has seen the firm's development and like wise has progressed from the Administrator position to the current position as a Human Resource Administrator, as such se she is a Personal Assistant to the CEO, Mrs Khairalla. Mrs Esraa has an understanding on the firm's goals but also a particular knowledge of the individual case progress due to her all correspondence handlling between clients and the CEO. She also speaks Arabic and English.
Mrs. Lina Ismail Zaidan, Legal Consultant and Judge in Syrian courts. After graduating with the baccalaureate of law in Damascus in 1993 Madame Lina entered into the Syrian Ministry of Justice law competition for the selection of candidates to be trained as a Judges and Justices of Peace. She passed the competition among the top 10 candidates of the entire country. Government of Syria quickly recognized her skills and proceeded her to work as a Judge. Madame Lina started her working career as a Magistrate in civil and criminal cases, while she proceeded with her legal studies and trained in the Institute of Administrative Development for another one year. Thereafter, she was seconded to work as a Judge in the former State Court for Economic Security. Among other things, she has organized lectures at Court on legal topics.
Ms. Dasha Gafur, is a multi-lingual Legal Consultant and the most recent addition to the firm. After completing her Bachelor's degree in Law with Honours at City University London, she was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in 2010. She has nearly two years of practical experience within the United Kingdom and U.A.E. During her education at the City University London at both the Bachelors and the Post Graduate level, she has focused on many legal disciplines including; Contract Law, Criminal Law, Constitutional & Administrative Law, English Legal System, Tort Law, Equity and Trust Law, Land Law, European Community Law, Employment Law I and II, Competition Law I and II, Media Law, International Criminal Law, advocacy Legal Research and Opinion Writing, Civil Litigation, Criminal Litigation, Civil and Criminal Evidence, Drafting, Professional Conduct, Family Law in Practice, Employment Law in Practice, Negotiation and Conference Skills. Ms. Gafur has a keen interest in mooting and International Law.
Mr. Ameer Khairallah is the firm’s full time Public Relations' Officer and as such employs his skills and expertise in an exceptional way to enforce the firm’s presence at the public arena. He also deputizes Mrs. Khairallah in her absence at meetings and courts.
Mr. Mohammed Abdal Hamed the firm's Legal Officer in Public Relations responsible for the client care and professional conduct of the firm's work at the police stations and prisons. Mohammed is legally educated and bi-lingual guaranteeing the efficiency of the communication between the client, the firm and Police in the criminal defense work.
